Lead, motivate, manage and develop the HR Support Services function
Lead HR & Admin teams to deliver world class HR & Admin support and services
Deliver high quality HR & Admin Operational services that are efficient and effective
- Provide advice and support in areas of communication on policies, practices and processes,
- Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
- Managing other operational support functions like recruitment, on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions
- Provide timely and effective HR advise on long and short term strategies
- Develop people plan and strategy and implement it across different functions
- Support all departments by providing tools, process and policies in regard to talent management, compensation & rewards, employment regulations, recruitment and performance management
- Establishes and maintains organizational culture and desirable working relationships among all employees.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduate degree in HR
2.Experience /skill:
- Good knowledge in labor law and its implementations
- High integrity, good judgment and strong work ethic
- 05 -7 years of relevant experience out of which 3 - 4 years should be in management role
- Demonstrated experience in HR & Admin process, policy, systems
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management.
- Ability to work effectively with all other levels in the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problems solving and diagnostic skills.
- Experience in Western company & Japanese company is advantage
