Mô Tả Công Việc
- Develop the Company’s HR system and performance appraisal scheme.
- Design salary structure and C&B scheme for different staff levels.
- Develop, update, review, and follow up staff handbook and HR policies, procedure.
- Ensure the recruitment plan meets the timeline and target; and the quality of recruitment meet the development requirement.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of payroll, benefit and PIT issues.
- Develop and update all job description in the Company.
- Responsible for staffs’ rewards, disciplinary action and coordinate staff promotion, transferring, termination processes.
- Maintain staff database, staff filing system and manage employment contracts.
- Manage HR staffs.
- Build up the relationship with Government and Authority.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- English in Business level.
- Have solid experience on these competencies: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relation.
- Fluent in English for all skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capacities and good at team player.
- Good interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and communication skills; and be able to work effectively with all levels of staffs.
- Ability to respond to significant inquiries or issues from employees, managers or government agencies.
- Over 10 years experience.
- Over 40 years old and person who has the will not to yield to external pressure.
- Japanese skill.
