[HCM/ Upto 1000$] Customer Service Manager (Ngành Logistics)

Supervise and support all activities of Planning Department.
- All logistics cost (warehouse, transportation, delivery, import export…) data summarization and
analyze. Report to GD and Client.
- Logistics Customer service (be a contact window between operation department and Client), solve
the demand from Client or transfer and corporate with operation Dept. to meet the satisfaction of
Client.
- Support all the operation (preparing SOP, Manual, procurement for warehouse, looking for buffer
warehouse when have demand...)
- PIC of Sales Profit and Forecast.
- Coordinate with Sales Department to launch new business as requires.
- PIC of dealing and making contract agreement with Client and Supplier.
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager and General Director.
- Report to General Manager and General Director.
- Support, develop, training and manage 2 senior staffs.

- Tuổi từ 35 – 40 là ưu tiên.
- Kinh nghiệm logistics khoảng 10 năm trở lên.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.
