- Improve user experience for website and build up new website.
- Increase the number of CV registered through website as our main KPI and relevant statics.
- Work with Design team and Tech team.
- Support team member.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Decent verbal & written English is preferable.
- Ability to express ideas clearly.
- Experience in using MS Office & Google Drive.
- Proactive, willing-to-learn and growth mindset

- Attuned to technology.
- Flexible and excellent at handling multiple tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in set KPI, marketing a yearly marketing plan, analyzing data, and reporting.
- Education level Bachelor.

- Experience in making wireframes and specifications for website.
- Strong connection with design company, marketing company and advertising company.
- Japanese language skills.
- Interested in Japanese culture.
