- Local support services from the establishment of a corporation to the arrival of a Japanese person.
- Most general affairs work will be outsourced in the first year.

- Over 3 years of experience in general affairs (personnel, labor, accounting, finance) in Vietnam
- Knowledge of trade affairs.
- English: Upper Intermediate (TOEIC 600 or above).
- The internal language is English, and English is also used for communication with external parties.
- Age does not matter (preferably under 35 years old).
- Experience of general affairs associated with the establishment of the company.

<Personality>

- Experience in a small company or organization (= because there is a possibility that we may ask for things other than JD in the new establishment).
- Future image, ambition (= those who have the mindset to grow the company together over a span of 5 years or more).
- Evaluation and familiarity with Japanese companies (= I want you to have love for YAMAHA and love for Japanese companies).
- The joy of using English (= many external interactions occur).
- PC skills (= ability to create materials, ability to embody ideas, output ability).
