Mô Tả Công Việc
Manage and guidance the administration issues and services for the company activities, support manufacturing operations, including:
- Set up, manage and regularly review operation policies, administrative regulations, procedures and provides adequate supports to ensure smooth and successful operations of the company.
- Ensure the security in the company and employees’ regulations compliance.
- Enforce and conduct the overall safety, health (including employees' regular health check & consultation, first aid) and environment policy and guidelines at all times. Analyze the accidents, identify potential hazard within the company and make corrective actions. Hazardous waste material controlling.
- Manage the general building/factory maintenance.
- Guidance : Company transportation, guests welcoming, office facilities (working room, meeting room, equipment...) control, meal-catering services; labor protection uniform control & delivery to employees.
- Legal conformity, legal issues handling, licenses application, property insurance, reports to authorities; government authorities relationship maintenance. Contact with authorities to solve internal issues such as fighting, thief, disputes.
- Office supplies control. Plan and monitor the budget relating to administration expenses.
- Consult to upper rank and BOD for the systems and procedures improvement.
- Execute other assignments as directed by upper rank and BOD.

- Able to work independently, self motivated and willing to work long hours to accomplish goals.
- Use to work as Admin jobs in production company (1000 employees up).
- At least 5 years experience in the same position.
- Fluent in Japanese. (N2).
- Good MS Office.
- Age : 35 up
- Supervisor : 25 staff.
