Mô Tả Công Việc
- Supporting for acquisition of VISA/Work permission, social insurance.
- PIT(Personal Income Tax) Processing.
- Making training plan, building HR system.
- Recruitment, team building, etc.
- Making report ( to head in Thailand in English).
- Interpreting for marketing team, sometimes taking business trip with marketing team ( once in 2-3 months, in 2-3 days ).
- *Bonus: about 4.5 month Salary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1 year experience in Japanese company as Admin staff or Hr staff (cum interpreter).
- Positive thinking.
- Japanese : N2 level.
- English: Intermediate (enough for communicate with Thailand staff, email, making report).
- Good at power point, excel skills.
- Strong communication, solving problem skills.
- High responsibility.
