- Handling all kind of General Affairs Business.
- Arranging all kind of booking for job traveler(Ex: Air ticket, Hotel etc).
- Department management as a Manager.
- Formulation of budget and formulation of medium-term management plan.
- Prepare VISA, working permission and residential card for foreigner.
- Manage office supplies, working environment.
- Make require documents for staff and company (related to tax, insurance, bank account, law etc)
- Translation・interpreter, taking care of Japanese client or staff from Japan.
- Follow up and control important documents, various kinds of contracts & agreements kept in vault.
- Other tasks as required from Manager.

- Having leadership and actively action.
- Having ability to think its own and lead team as immediately power.
- Having experience as general affairs(over 5years).
- Having communication English skill(talking, writing and reading).
- PC skills.
- Solve problem skills.
- Good interpersonal skill,
- Hard working, detail oriented, good integrity, fast learner.
- strong analytical thinking,
- Can work under pressure.
