- Managing and leading sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Setting sales targets for sales team as per the company objectives.
- Monitoring team's performance.
- Motivating team to reach targets and proposing development plans.
- Monitoring the pricing policies in order to guarantee sales development & margin target objectives.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Supervising marketing activities, event Organization, promotional activities.
- Supporting Accounting Team for debt collection.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Managing key customer complaint, analyzing issues & proposing corrective actions. Be proactive in helping finding solutions to fix identified issues, involves other departments &/or suppliers when necessary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree holder in Sales and Marketing/ Food & Catering disciplines or any related field.
- At least 3 years at the same position in the FMCG company.
- Candidate with the relevant knowledge in food products, is familiar with the food service environment.
- Product & technical knowledge, key selling points, competitive advantages.
- Good relationship with Horeca channel.
- Good communication in English.
