- Create technical system management SOP and technical troubleshooting SOP.
- Prepare an estimate & budget for system operation of condominiums / office buildings.
- Prepare a master schedule for operation plans and system maintenance according to the nature of
projects.
- Manage and operate the technical system with the assigned projects.
- Effectively manage and use resources entrusted by the company.
- Build an effective plan to build a technical team and train and manage staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned work.
- 7 years of working experience as a technician in condominium management services, more than 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or higher level
- Experience in managing the system of more than 800 apartments or complex facilities of 50,000 m2 or more
- Experience in managing two or more condominium with other engineers and with technical systems at the same time
- Can work in District 7
- English reading, writing and conversation
