Education Department Manager

• The education team is a department that practices Japanese language education for students who wish to study abroad or acquire Japanese in Japan.
• As the manager of the department, you will be mainly responsible for the work.
  • Administration of the Education Department in general (operation to achieve business goals, timetable, staff allocation, course regulations etc.).
  • Japanese lecturer work (actually teaching, online etc).
  • New course · Planning, proposal and implementation of new curriculum.
  • Sales assistant (custom-made correspondence, estimate creation, etc.).
  • Supporting work for company as a whole.

※ It is a position that doesn't only as a Japanese teacher but rather is seeking a management perspective.

• They need the ability to figure out the problem that you can think of and the direction the company is aiming for, and illustrate the solution.
