- Achieve Direct sales original plan with collaboration with local sales, JPN, and Korean direct sales.
- Expand private sector business for Office & Production Printing (Global Major Accounts, Foreign Accounts & Local Accounts business mainly) with related key members.
- Make a plan, and implement a basic sales platform with Service, Solutions, and Marketing members.
- Control and manage the appropriate pricing to create Net revenue & True GP contributions.
- Create a sales plan & scenario to reach a successful goal & win for company 's direct sales operation.
- Provide feedback timely to GD/Sales team/Regional marketing manager regarding business, market conditions, trends, and issues which is relevant to the company sales strategies.
- Collaborate & cooperate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects & business.
- Other assignments as requested from GD.
- Manage the Sales team of around 10 people including Japanese Sales & Korean Sales.

- Working experience in a Japanese company or overseas company (Prefer).
