- Act as point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Working as a member of an account team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendation of appropriate services.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of agency professionals including production, creative, media, finance and billing.
- Provide client reporting on an as-needed basis.
- Develop project plan, estimates.
- Assist with creation of project scopes and proposals (deliverables, schedules, budgets, ect.).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1-year experience and already operating at Digital Account Executive level in digital marketing field.
- General social awareness about economy growth, consumers, cultural and market trend.
- Customer service mindset.
- Project management, presentation and persuasion skills.
- High-energy individual with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
