Sales Incentive every month and first hafl, second half of every year
Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage General works at HCMC Office.
- Manage and be responsible for domestics market and HCMC.
- Decide some issues on behalf of General Manager of HCMC. Office while the General Manager is on business trips.
- Manage and train sales team
- Contact and promote company’s products to Architects, Developers, Main-Contractors and Consultants.
- Make strategy (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients.
- Assess customer's needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients.
- Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved.
- Report to General Manager.
- Sales Incentive every month and 01H, 02H of every year (following Company’s regulation, the detail will discuss when interview)
- 01H and 02H of every year mean that the bonus will be given 02 times/year for all staffs , depending the company operation situation.
- 01H: first half of year
- 02H: second half of year.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University in Economics, Business Management, Technique.
- Fluent in English about writing, reading, listening and speaking.
- Have 2 years experience in the Sales Construction or Technical field.
- Have wide business relationship in Construction field.
- Have experience in Manager or above.
- Open minded, faithful, moral, high responsibility.
- Have a long term working desire with us.
- Careful about time management.
- Good working relationship with coworkers.
