Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Staff management:
- Manage the tasks of Service Admin Section and Service Development in accordance with the company’s direction.
- Set up the target and assign the tasks for department, and individuals to implement.
- Propose for manpower arrangement as jobs’ requirements.
- Evaluate the working efficiency of staffs in the department.
2. Deploying business service:
- Be responsible for turnover of service development dept.
- Ensuring the good operation of the whole informative technical service system.
- Propose of fixing, improving, completing the information system and technical service software to meet the company requirement.
- Directly approach, closely following up and taking care of some big group customers.
- Set up the internal documents/forms for internal/external report.
- Handle the customers’ complainant as assigned by Service Manager.
3. Support to Service Manager:
- Incharge for Ordering of imported goods; evaluate, forecast customers’ needs; check, propose the number of imported goods to be ordered.
- Service business: Propose for sales programs, sales promotion, suitable competitive plans.
- Periodically report of turnover, technical service quality (professional skills, working spirit, working attitude, communication skills, response time…of service team).
- Propose the solutions to improve technical service quality as company’s direction.
4. Other tasks:
- Systemize reports as required.
- Supporting other tasks when needed.
- Other assigments as requested by Service Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Working in HN (ASAP).
- Experiences in similar position in foreign company (Japanese company is a plus).
- Good skills in customers care and solving customers’ complain.
- Used to work with SAP software.
- Good English (office English).
- Age: from 28.
