- Reminding the customers to make a periodic payment of their residence (by phone).
- Support problems related in payment, cost and bill, invoice, contract...
- Support to solve problems, complaints of customers.
- To handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.
- To response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services of company.
- Assist and back up other team members and provide supports and report to Supervisor.
- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.
