- Operate & take care of releasing new products/updates.
- Write document for releasing new products/updates, changelog, tutorials, faqs...to support customer for using product.
- Proofread English text in products.
- Dealing with customers’s problems and complaints.
- Provide updates and CS reports as required by supervisor.
- Attend to all incoming calls and direct as necessary.
- Customer record filing.
- Other Customer Service concerns as required by supervisor or country leader.

Education & Qualifications
- Fluent in English, especially writing skill. Best if your major study was English.
- Quick learning skills. Familiar with the Internet & Web services. Able to use Web tools or
- learn new technology quickly.
- Proactive & responsible.
- Perform tasks quickly but accurately. Careful & focus on details.
- Experience in WordPress is a huge plus.
