Mô Tả Công Việc
- Ensure all compensation & benefits initiatives are run effectively and efficiently.
- Lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies to ensure timely and correctly.
- Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, Social Insurance contribution, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
- Partner with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design and implement compensation, benefits and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results.
- Ensure its compensation programs; improves existing/develops new processes and service delivery standards.
- Be responsible for incentive development, including relevant reports for Management decision to ensure timely and correctly.
- Provide recommendations on various pay actions utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
- Salary & benefit budgeting and reporting/analysis, producing different scenarios for management team.
- Interpret and implement Human Resources policies to ensure smoothly application throughout the system.
- Be as member of Employee Relation Committee for following up related employee relations.
- Proceed ad hoc responsibilities if required.
