- Achieve growth and sales targets set during annual sales forecast & budgeting.
- Motivate & manage sales team in Binh Duong headquarter.
- Individual performer who can show value add by prospecting, developing & maintaining new accounts.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Work together with finance team to monitor credit control.
- Report to Senior Business Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school / diploma / degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 6-10 years in sales / business development role, preferably in paint / coating (especially in solvent based general protective coatings market).
- Experience in business to business sales model is highly valued.
- Highly sociable, self-motivated & has a “can do” attitude.
- Drive & passion to identify, plan and solve customers’ challenges, leading to sales.
- Confident and possess good interpersonal & supervisory skills.
- Good command of English language (spoken & written).
- Occasional travelling may be required, within and outside of Vietnam.
- Work at Binh Duong, have the pick up car from HCM.
- Work time: 7:45 ~ 16:30, only work 2 Saturday/ 1 month.
- Salary: 1200USD~ Negotiate.
- Have company car when you go far for bussiness trip. If in Binh Duong area, company will pay gasoline fee.
