- Act as liaison between Top Management and Others (Internal contacts , Other Departments) and external contacts).
- Provide clerical support to Departments and individuals.
- Arrange business trip schedule for Top Management.
- Maintaining diaries/arranging appointments
- Arrange the meeting, conference, teleconference; organizing, preparing agendas and taking note and making meeting minute.
- Prepare monthly report by collecting data from other Departments.
- Drafting letters and other documents such as Power point presentation.
- Act as interpreter from Japanese to English for Top Management and Supervisors.
- Translating documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Other tasks as requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Excellent English and Japanese in speaking and writing.
- Having secretarial working experience in multi-national company is an advantage.
- Having experience in taking note and making meeting minute.
- Basic legal knowledge on reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- University graduation, 2 years working experience the same field.
- Good at Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Power point.
- Excellent organizational and coordinate skill.
- Careful and High responsibility.
- Good understanding of cultural differences.
- Sensitive, careful, constancy.
- Relationship skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under high pressure.
