- Control inventory to keep safety stock and making logistics coordination.
- Supporting sales person to check stock, or claimed products at warehouse.
- Issuing and control Sales contract, shipping documents, PO, DO.
- Preparing documents and making internal application for new business/ contract.
- Control payment from customers, and prepare documents for making payment to
suppliers.
- Providing reports in a form and with the contents instructed by manager and team leader.
- Arranging other required documents to settle internal procedures.
- Supporting other jobs as instruction from manager, and team leader.
