• Construction Design for a factory or a warehouse.
• Promote own idea, create the building design.
• Create the highly detailed drawings, ensure the quality and deadline.
  
• Make the estimates.
• Follow up the construction progress and adjust the design if necessary.
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.

• Around 5 years of work experience of building design (NOT a CAD operator).
• Experience of Construction Design for a factory or a warehouse.
• Auto CAD skills.
• *Please bring your portfolio when you attend a job interview.
• Business English.
• Japanese skills (Prefer).

*Allowance

• Phone: 500,000VND/month
• Transportation: 500,000VND/month
• Others: Certificate Allowance, Language Allowance (TOEIC／JLPT)

*Bonus

• 13 month bonus, paid in December.
• Special Bonus: Based on the company's business performance & individual business performance, paid in January.
• Completion (of construction) Allowance：Depending on the Net sales of completed construction contracts, paid in July & January
