Mô Tả Công Việc
- Conduct and organize administrative duties.
- Recruit and conduct orientation for new staffs.
- Responsible for telephone line answering and transfer to internal office.
- Responsible for office operating as cleaning, security, maintenance.
- Responsible for company business operating like arrange transportation, accommodation for other members.
- Prepare supporting documents such as PR, phone billing, visa, work permit, checking invoice, etc.
- Assist in other accounting duties when assigned by superior.
- To perform other essential administrative/secretarial tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 1 years' experience as administration and human resource (Candidate worked as administration and human resource in Japanese company will be preferred.
- Have experience about insurance procedure is preferred.
- Female, age from 25~ 30 years’ old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, management/ administration or accounting or related equivalent.
- Good communicate in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Pleasant personality, High responsibility, active and Service Minded.
- Hard-working, trustworthy and patient.
