Mô Tả Công Việc
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
- Greet and provide general support to visitors.
- Handle the daily correspondence.
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material.
- Manage and provide the offices supplies: water, stationery, beverage & miscellaneous things...
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for BODs/Staff/Visitors.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Monthly collect all the expenses of the Branch, allocate & prepare the payment memo.
- Make & submit the expenses report on deadline.
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures.
- Manage & control the company’s assets & equipment.
- Organize the company’s events.
- Deal with Visa/Work permit issues.
- Deal with arising affairs.
- Others tasks as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven at least 3 years work experience as a senior/ or executive administrative officer.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
- Hands on experience with MS Office, Email, Internet ….
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- College/University degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or administrative management will be a plus.
- Working under high pressure, independently and in team
- Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, careful, patient and responsible for assigned tasks.
