- Making visa, work permits, others for foreigners.
- Take the responsibility for the accurate and timely performance of payroll functions.
- Manage working environment of the office.
- Arrange necessary booking for business trip of the employees.
- Management of specifications in development and production of educational toys.
- Estimates and schedules between the partner company and the Japanese headquarters.
- Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
- Act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the business organization.
- Undertake and monitor researches to provide highly needed support for the business development team.

- Having Japanese skill(over N2).
- Having English skill(Writing contract,office communication).
- Admin experience.
- Experience working in salary / insurance / PIT calculation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Can work under high pressre.
