- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Manage invoices and documents.
- Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices.
- Cooperate with accounting firm.(outsourcing).
- Organize customer contracts, agreements and invoices.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Upper intermediate level of Japanese.
- Intermediate of English.
- Experience of Admin / Accounting.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Time management skills.
