- The company is a retail distributor of Japanese luxury cosmetics manufacturers. You will be managing the company to increase revenue in Vietnam.
- The company has multiple channels including in-store sales, online sales, and distributor sales, and you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing current issues and developing strategies for implementation.
＜Main Responsibilities＞
- Identification of issues.

- Arrangement with Auditor & ensure that yearly statutory audits are completed within the deadlines given by Head Office.
- Prepare and perform ad-hoc reports/information requested by HQ from time to time.
- Maintain and implement proper accounting and internal control systems in accordance with Head Office & Company’s policies and statutory requirements.
- Supervise & train all accounts staff in fulfilling the requirements.
- Check & sign documents (e.g contracts, payment notices, warning notices, late payment notices, handover notices).
- Tax return (VAT, CIT) (If any).
- Payment Instruction to Bank .
- Bank Negotiation (e.g loan, interest, exchange rate).
- Collaborate with external parties relating to Accounting & Finance matters.

- Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document regarding commissioning of datacenter.
- Performing the commissioning with stakeholders (client, agent, subcontractors etc) in accordance with the specifications, standards, and international codes.
- Preparation for executing M&E works with Subcontractor by communicating with relevant stakeholders (Client, agents etc).
- Assist in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for the client.
- Attendance of meeting related to M&E (Electrical, Mechanical, IT etc) and construction management for the project.
- Communicate with client and commissioning agent assigned by client for the contract modifications or site management.
- Arrangement and communication with client, agents and subcontractors for datacenter certification (ex TIA942, Uptime etc.)
- Any other business, if required in the project.

- The main scope of this position is to manage M&E works of the Datacenter Project, which includes the following but is not limited to:
- Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings, and any other relevant document.
- Preparation for executing M&E works with Subcontractors by communicating with relevant stakeholders (Clients, agents, etc).
- Assist in the preparation of presentation slides, and technical write-ups for the client.
- Attendance of meetings related to M&E (Electrical, Mechanical, IT etc) and construction management for the project.
- Communicate with the client for contract modifications or site management.
- Performing the commissioning with stakeholders (client, agent, subcontractors etc) in accordance with the specifications.
- Any other business, if required in the project.

- Main duties related to Human Resource and Labor Affairs such as:
- Recruitment.
- Attendance Record.
- Salary calculation.
- Social Insurance.
- PIT, etc.
- Build up HR regulation such as salary rule, working rule, etc.

- Experienced in sales and procurement in the plastics industry (chemical manufacturer, manufacturing company, etc.)
- Assignment: New development, resin import stock sales
- Experienced sales person in plastics industry (including resin manufacturer) or sales person in trading company or logistics company.
- Even if you have no experience in the plastics industry, we prefer someone who can build good relationships with Koreans at major Korean companies affiliated with Samsung (including Korean style dinners).
- Building relationships with Samsung is a must.

- Investment execution in new project as Investment director/ Manager.
- Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner).
- Make presentation of company policy / strategies.
- Create / maintain relationship with counterpart of JV partner.
- Negotiate to execute investment.
- Investment financial analysis.
- Make financial model (Cash flow / P&L).
- Legal due diligence with lawyer.
- Discuss with lawyer regarding relevant regulation and law.
- Reflect them into contract clauses to minimize legal / regulation risk.
- Other: Complying with international standard compliance.

- MA is also responsible for conducting Medical Activities and engaging in Scientific Exchanges that also generate and result in appropriate dissemination of relevant, scientifically accurate, objective, truthful and not misleading information about Company investigational compounds and marketed product, including without limitation:
- Development of core medical plan and strategy aligned with the priorities set out in the integrated global brand or regional/ local strategic brand plan.
- Responding to unsolicited request for medical information (MIE).
- Scientific and medical discussions regarding evolving trends in disease state managements and trends in therapy.
- Scientific Exchange that enables Company to benefit from the expertise, knowledge and insights of external healthcare stakeholders and sharing those insights with other functions within company, where appropriate.
- Activities that are supportive of Commercial Activities and Promotional Activities (e.g., review of the promotional materials, training of Company field sales representatives, support of Commercial of securing access and reimbursement for our products and training of promotional speakers).
- Verifying that projects and tasks are conducted according to good clinical practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other compliance standards.
- Participating in meetings with senior management and attending external meetings and congresses on behalf of the company.
- Developing the best possible working relationships between the organization and stakeholders.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating team-members in MA department.

1.  Project Management and Execution
- For new projects where requirements definition and basic design have been done on the Japan side, carry out detailed design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance (until the number of engineers increases).
- Compatible with some basic designs (BPMN diagram, ERD diagram, system configuration diagram).
- Review source code and unit test item documents, conduct acceptance testing, confirm quality.
- Manage the progress of development work and report its timely and accurate progress to the Japan head office Interpretation/Translation Work.
- Understand the content of specification/design documents created by Japanese designers and accurately translate them into Vietnamese.
- Based on the translated specification/design documents, give clear instructions to the engineers at the Vietnam branch.
- Understand the content of questions and consultations from Japanese designers accurately and respond in an understandable manner Communication and Collaboration.
- Facilitate smooth progress of meetings in Japanese with the management team and development leaders at the Japan head office.
- Effectively manage tasks received within the branch, bridge business between the two countries.
2.  Team Management
- Listen to and organize consultations and issues from Vietnamese engineer members, work towards resolution.
3. Personnel Management
- Selection, interview, education, evaluation of engineer candidates at the Vietnam branch.
- General human resource management tasks such as attendance management and personnel evaluation of resident engineers.

- You will be involved in SAP development via a major Sier.
- System construction of SAP package.
- SAP implementation support, operation, maintenance, and support.
- Promotion of projects.

3. Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand network and build brand visibility.
4. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilize CRM software or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Regularly review and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

This position requires fluency in Japanese to effectively communicate with the product owners and development teams at the headquarters.

- Tham gia vào các dự án Công ty, trực tiếp làm việc, trao đổi với Khách hàng Nhật Bản.
- Trở thành cầu nối giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội dự án Offshore ở Việt Nam, giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong dự án và các vấn đề sau khi bàn giao.
- Tìm hiểu nghiệp vụ, nhận thông tin từ khách truyền đạt về cho team dự án
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm rõ spec, QA liên quan tới dự án
- Đưa ra solution, suggest ý tưởng cho dự án
- Báo cáo với Khách hàng tiến độ dự án theo các loại hình báo cáo.
- Kết hợp với Project Manager lên kế hoạch và kiểm soát tiến độ thực hiện dự án.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra của dự án trước khi deliver cho Khách hàng.

1. Xác định mục tiêu, định hướng phát triển và sứ mệnh của Công ty:
  - Phối hợp với Ban giám đốc xây dựng tầm nhìn   sứ mệnh, giá trị cốt lõi  và mục tiêu dài hạn cho Công ty.
  - Điều chỉnh hành lang pháp lý và các nội quy, quy định trong Công ty để đảm bảo doanh nghiệp đi đúng với giá trị văn hóa cốt lõi của doanh nghiệp, duy trì kỷ luật để tiến tới mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  - Cố vấn các chiến lược phát triển Công ty, đưa ra các dự báo hoặc tầm nhìn dài hạn trong lĩnh vực mà Công ty đang hoạt động.
  - Điều hành các phòng/ Ban trong công ty để xây dựng mục tiêu, chỉ tiêu cho từng bộ phận đảm bảo hoàn thành mục tiêu chung của công ty.
2. Điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động và chịu trách nhiệm về tình hình hoạt động của Nhà máy.
  - Giám sát các hoạt động và đưa ra quyết định và đề xuất những giải pháp, chiến lược hoạt động về xây dựng hệ thống quy trình, quy định cấp Công ty và các bộ phận liên quan.
  - Đọc và phân tích báo cáo kết quả hoạt động của các Phòng ban/Bộ phận để đưa ra các định hướng hoặc điều chỉnh hoạt động cho phù hợp với hoạt động sản xuất của Nhà máy.
  - Trực tiếp lên kế hoạch điều hành, báo cáo kết quả hoạt động của Nhà máy tới Tổng giám đốc và Ban giám đốc.
  - Xây dựng hệ thống kiểm soát hoạt động cho Nhà máy (Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, Ban 5S, Ban An toàn vệ sinh lao động,…)
  - Giải quyết các yêu cầu, khiếu nại từ khách hàng. Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng và các đối tác của Công ty.
3. Quản lý nhân viên, phát triển nguồn nhân lực để đảm bảo đạt hiệu suất công việc.
  - Tuyển dụng, xây dựng đội ngũ Quản lý cấp cao và phát triển nguồn nhân lực. Lãnh đạo và tạo động lực cho cấp dưới để thúc đẩy nhân viên tạo thành đội ngũ làm việc một cách chủ động, nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc.
  - Sắp xếp tổ chức bộ máy nhân sự tại Nhà máy để đảm bảo hoạt động một cách hiệu quả. 
  - Thực hiện bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm, cách chức hoặc thuyên chuyển công tác đối các CNV trong Công ty (trừ những chức vụ nằm ngoài thẩm quyền phụ trách).
  - Xây dựng kế hoạch nhân sự, nguồn nhân sự dài hạn và ngắn hạn bằng việc đào tạo phát triển nguồn nhân lực.
  - Xây dựng quy chế lương, khen thưởng phù hợp với chiến lược và mục tiêu của Công ty.
4. Quản Lý Tài Chính và Nguồn Lực:
-  Quản lý nguồn lực tài chính để đảm bảo sự ổn định tài chính và tăng cường khả năng đầu tư.
-  Theo dõi và báo cáo các chỉ số tài chính chính.

- Phỏng vấn & phát triển team DEV để thực hiện dự án.
- Là cầu nối giao tiếp giữa công ty Mẹ ở Nhật & đội Developer ở Việt Nam.
- Đảm nhận công việc thiết kế hệ thống, quản lý dự án trên (Lên kế hoạch, sắp xếp, điều chỉnh schedule ...).
- Tiếp nhận, thảo luận yêu cầu từ bộ phận bên Nhật qua internet meeting hoặc công tác qua Nhật để nghe giải thích trực tiếp từ khách hàng.
- Viết tài liệu thiết kế bằng tiếng Nhật & tiếng Việt, sau đó giải thích, phân chia công việc cho các thành viên trong nhóm.

- Participate in Requirement definition and analysis with producers in Japan.
- Work alongside with other engineers in teams to promote technology and ensure consistency in accordance with industry best practices.
- Engineer management (progress management, task management, personnel management, etc.) 
- Implementation instructions to offshore destinations.
- Escalate issues and consultations from the Philippines to the Japanese development team. 
- Feedback on deliverables (source code, test results).
- Analysis requirement & task related to Coding, Implementation /Operation/Maintenance.

- Đàm phán, phối hợp với khách hàng Nhật Bản xác định yêu cầu dự án.
- Trao đổi, báo cáo, liên lạc giữa team phát triển Việt Nam và khách hàng Nhật Bản.
- Thúc đẩy, theo dõi tiến độ dự án.
- Hỗ trợ chung các công việc khác của PM, PL.

- Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
- Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
- Understand the requirements from customers.
- Make and manage schedules of development.
- Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately.
- Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality.
- Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.

- Xây dựng chiến lược và Thực hiện Mở rộng kênh bán hàng, tìm kiếm đối tác và khách hàng mới cho mảng Gia công phần mềm (Web – Mobile App - AI).  
- Quản trị và tối ưu hóa Chi phí cho hoạt động bán hàng. 
- Duy trì và đào sâu mối quan hệ với các Khách hàng đang có.  
- Đảm nhiệm và quản lý toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng từ Gặp gỡ Khách hàng tiềm năng để nhận Yêu cầu ở cấp độ đầu tiên, Gửi Đề xuất / Báo giá hợp tác với nhóm Bán hàng trước, Xử lý Hợp đồng, Nhận Đơn đặt hàng, Phát hành Hóa đơn và Quản lý Thanh toán, công nợ của Khách hàng.  
- Hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp và đào tạo nhân viên kinh doanh cấp dưới khác trong quá trình sales.
